- 1 cup boiling water

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
- 6 tbsp butter salted, at room temperature
- 1 ½ tbsp heavy cream (or milk)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar sifted
- 3 oz cream cheese softened, at room temperature
- ⅛ cup cocoa powder
Chocolate Ganache
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coffee
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp butter unsalted
Recipe / Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- Oil two 8*2 round cake containers. Keep them aside.
Chocolate Cake
- In a bowl, filter together all purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, ground coffee, and salt. Keep it aside.
