  • Table Salt And Mustard Oil:



At one age, our teeth get loosen up and we end up getting gum diseases, so if you do not want your teeth to loosen up then all you need to do is take a bit of mustard oil and mix one teaspoon of salt and then mix the both things properly and max a mixture of it. Then apply that mixture on your gum and leave it for a couple of minutes, do this twice a week or alternative days and you will stay away from loosen teeth and gum diseases.

  • Black Pepper And Turmeric:

We all know that turmeric is useful for a lot of things and many people drink turmeric milk when they get injured as it helps them. So, what you need to do it take 1 teaspoon of pepper powder and same amount of turmeric power add little bit of water and make a paste of it, then apply it on your gums and leave it for 5 to 7 minutes, then rinse, it will help you to prevent your gums from infections and all that.

  • Proper brushing and flossing:

Flossing I as important as brush a lot of people brush their teeth so they think that they do not need to floss it. So, let me tell you that you need to brush your teeth twice a day and at least for 2 minutes and keep a floss with you, as it can easily fit in your pocket and use it after every meal or so, as you cannot brush that often or if you are out then flossing is the best technique.

Many people think that flossing your teeth is as same as brushing it and that is why they do not floss it if they brush it, but let me tell you that it is not the same at all. Floss can reach places where your tooth brush cannot and that is why brushing and flossing both is really important. Plus you can keep floss with you everywhere you go unlike your tooth brush and can floss it after every meal. So, it is always better to keep floss with you whenever you are going out somewhere for lunch or something like that.
